Recruiting with a serious game

A few words about game-based recruitment
Recruitment is often an arduous challenge for both human resources and candidates. To optimize this recruitment process, serious games are gaining ground. They offer an innovative way of pre-selecting candidates, assessing their technical skills and comparing them with those required by the position to be filled. These tools not only boost productivity, but also enhance corporate culture and minimize the cognitive biases inherent in human assessment. Here you'll find a presentation of serious games and playful initiatives to facilitate recruitment, one of the many topics in our serious game dossier.
