Past experiences only have an impact if they have enabled candidates to develop skills. A few in-depth questionnaires can be used to analyze the behavioral qualities of candidates. This startup complements Urban Gaming, which also offers serious recruitment games.

How does AssessFirst work?

Candidates are invited to take an online test. The test takes around 30 minutes, and is divided into 3 parts. It can be done on PC or mobile. At the end of the test, the candidate unlocks a complete profile highlighting his or her soft skills and the professions for which he or she is suited.
