Dreamjob, the serious game created by recruitment website KeeWork, aims to help players discover their professional vocation. By revealing their skills in areas such as management, execution, cooperation and creation, this interactive game offers clues as to the ideal job for each of them. The game takes place in two environments: the company, with its offices, and the character's home, with its warmer decor. The player takes on the role of a young graduate taking his first steps in the world of work. He has to perform a variety of tasks to help his colleagues by quickly clicking on on-screen icons. The points accumulated form a final score, and the tasks evolve according to the player's choices at home when answering e-mails on the computer. Every decision has an impact on his career direction. In the course of the adventure, dialogues with a KeeWork advisor help to clarify the player's aspirations and motivations. Although the beginning of the game may seem laborious and simplistic, it gradually turns into a veritable virtual coach, helping players to get to know each other better and find the right job faster. Thierry Andrieux, founder of KeeWork, points out that serious games are frequently used in recruitment processes, as they reveal skills by placing candidates in situations similar to those they might encounter in their working lives.
