Allianz France has come up with a fun way to present the profession of wealth management advisor, even in times of crisis. They have launched an online game, Allianz Expérience, to present this profession in a fun and interactive way. The aim is to recruit the best players! At the start of the game, the player meets his manager, Emmanuelle Federicci. It looks strict, but helps the participant get started. Be careful with questions, or his satisfaction gauge will drop! Participants then discover their own office, with tools at their disposal: a diary, a computer, a telephone, files, etc. He soon began meeting with his first customers to understand their needs and projects. After that, he can propose products and solutions tailored to their needs. Our aim is to satisfy as many customers as possible by listening to them and understanding their expectations. In short, you need to demonstrate your skills as a wealth management advisor. The game lasts around 1 h 30, and at the end, a place is awarded in the national ranking. The best candidates will be selected for a job interview at Allianz.
